外齿轮-腔式
腔式齿轮泵由两个或多个相互啮合的旋转齿轮组成。其中一个齿轮由驱动带动,并驱动其它齿轮。齿轮的齿间空隙将液体从进口输送到出口。齿轮交错点可以防止液体回流到进口。
外齿轮- Suction Shoe式
我们获得专利的Suction Shoe式齿轮泵压载式设计具有“吸靴”功能,允许泵对磨损进行自我补偿。Suction Shoe泵即使在压力较高的情况下也能保持较高的容积效率。其他优点包括接近零回流的精确计量、更长的使用寿命,以及泵部件磨损或热膨胀时更稳定的性能。与市场上的任何其他齿轮泵不同,Suction Shoe泵在工作时可自行调节,以获得可靠、无脉动的流量,并且与标准泵相比,维护更容易,故障停机时间更短。
离心泵
离心泵为高流量应用提供了可靠、简单、耐用的设计。它采用独特的磁力驱动技术,提供优异的耐化学性和高能效的流体输送。集成的叶轮和磁铁组件减少了旋转部件的数量,最大限度地延长了泵的使用寿命。 离心泵由一个在泵壳内旋转的叶轮组成。直接进入旋转叶轮中心的液体被叶轮叶片吸起并加速至高速。当叶轮中的液体被推离叶轮中心时,会产生较低的压力,因此会有更多的液体向前流动。在容积泵中,没有死体积,因此在叶轮中产生稳定的流量。泵基本上增加了泵孔和泵出口之间的伯努利扬程。
