Numerous wetted material options are available to ensure our products' compatibility with the extensive range of fluids used in the many markets we serve. Plastics & Composites
PTFE (Polytertrafluoroethylene)
- Used by Micropump for gears, bushings, seals, and pump body components
- Thermoplastic
- Chemically inert with lowest coefficient of friction
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)
- Used by Micropump for gears, bushings, and pump body components
- Thermoplastic
- High strength
- High chemical and heat resistance
PEEK (Polyetheretherketone)
- Used by Micropump for gears, bushings, and pump body components
- Thermoplastic

LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer)

Carbon Graphite (PAN - Polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber)

- Basic compound
- Extremely inert with highest heat resistance
Application-specific materials such as PVDF and Polyimide are also available in certain configurations as options for gear material.

Alumina (Al2O3), Zirconia (ZrO2) and Silicon Carbide (SiC)
