Applications Overview
Now more than ever, we rely on analytical lab equipment to assess our health. Regardless of the purpose of analytical equipment, Micropump knows systems from reagent delivery and sample preparation and delivery to dispensing, wash and waste fluid handling, and analytical equipment support systems. Our pumps enable systems to move fluids with peak performance and reliability for repeatable and controlled operation.
In order for analytical equipment to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze samples - systems demand reliability, cleanliness, steady flow velocity, serviceability, and the right partner. Micropump answers the industry need for positive displacement pumps in a compact design without compromising pressure, performance, or steady flow velocity. Micropump has the flexibility to precisely configure our pumps to meet an OEM’s specific needs.
PUMPING REQUIREMENTS
MICROPUMP SOLUTIONS
FLOW RATE: 0.0085 to 6.8L/min
We have variable speed pumps for these applications with cavity or suction shoe gear technology gear pumps.
ACCURATE PERFORMANCE
Our pumps feature excellent flow control, even with varying differential pressure or speeds and offer pulseless flow for high accuracy.
LEAK FREE OPERATION
Our magnetic drives eliminate dynamic shaft seals, keeping fluid securely inside the pump and potential contaminants out.
SMALL PACKAGE SIZE
Our magnetic-drive gear pumps are small. When mounted to a Micropump electromagnetic EagleDrive™, we can offer a very compact pump and drive package.
LOW POWER REQUIREMENTS
With no drag from dynamic seals in the mag-drive gear pump, and no moving parts in our EagleDrive, power requirements are very low.
MAINTENANCE EASE
Our pumps offer extended lifetime and consistent performance , even in extreme environments such as vacuums, fluctuating temperatures or corrosive fluids.
Performance Summary
Micropump Products Optimized for this Application
Micropump GJ Series cavity style magnetic gear pump and GA Series suction shoe style magnetic gear pumps are most commonly used in analytical equipment applications. Our pumps are industry leading for the lowest flow ripple for very low flow velocity applications.
The Micropump Advantage
The unparalleled quality, performance record, reliability and long operating life of Micropump pumps and our extensive engineering expertise make Micropump a vital partner in this demanding market.
