Team Growth: Quality Engineer & Quality Management System (QMS) Lead

We are excited to welcome Joseph Packer to the Micropump team as Quality Engineer & Quality Management System (QMS) Lead.

Joe brings experience from aerospace large volume machine / robot metrology to apply to the quality and QMS program. He will oversee such things like reject reports, CLCAs, and audit findings get closed out with verifiable effectiveness, and he will be administering the schedule for our internal auditors, leading CLCA meetings and hosting external auditors as necessary.

Joe holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
